What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to book service.

Calls to us are recorded

Calls to (760) 400-6355 are recorded, including both sides of the conversation. A spoken notice plays at the start of every call before anyone connects, so you know before you speak. California is an all-party consent state, so staying on the line after that notice is your consent. Calls to this number are forwarded to the local landscaping contractor matched to your area, and the recording covers that conversation too. If you would rather not be recorded, email info@bloomprosd.com instead. Recordings are used to follow up on your request and to check the quality of the match, and they are not sold or shared for advertising.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, arrange service, and send any follow-up related to the work you booked. We do not sell your contact information. We do not share it with third parties except where required to complete the service (for example, the local contractor matched to your job).

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful to visitors. It loads only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Until you do, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.

When you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, including _ga and _ga_<id>, used to tell repeat visits apart and measure how the site is used. These cookies last up to two years. Google processes this data on our behalf. We have enabled Google Consent Mode, so analytics stays off until you opt in. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not sell it.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Analytics runs only with your consent.

You can opt out of analytics in three ways: click Decline on the cookie banner, use the Your privacy choices link in the footer to re-open the banner and withdraw consent at any time, or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a decline automatically and never load analytics.
